RACE REQUIREMENTS:
- You must be in good health and prepared to take on the challenges of a Half-Marathon, 5K or K Fun Run
- You must be at least 12 years of age to participate in the Half-Marathon
- You must show photo ID to pick up your race number at the Expo
- No race day registation nor packet pickup
- You must be able to complete the 13.1 mile/Half-Marathon Course in four hours
- Race number and Timing Chip are required to participate The Council Bluffs Half is “friendly” to headphones, roller skates, in-line skates, baby joggers, strollers, etc. but we urge you to use caution.
- NO Bandits, Refunds, Cancellations or Transfers
COURSES:
- Flat, fast and certified. Mile Markers, timing clocks, medical coverage at the start, along the course and finish and enthusiastic support to carry you through along the way!
PASTA PARTY INFORMATION
The Half-Marathon Spaghetti Feed, Saturday May 22nd, will include live music, children’s activities, extended hours for businesses and many of Council Bluff's downtown historic sights and attractions! The dinner will be from 5:00 to 7:00pm and will occur in Bayliss Park, the town square of Council Bluffs, which recently went through an almost 5 million dollar renovation. You will have the opportunity to enjoy a wonderful dinner and have fun in downtown Council Bluffs.
This is through efforts of our downtown business organization "MSCB" (to be Main Street Council Bluffs) which was formed in 2008. Our organization’s goals are to bring new, exciting activities to Downtown Council Bluffs in hopes of creating community involvement and pride, preserving our rich history and promoting economic growth in our community. Currently, we are working towards becoming a nonprofit organization and will then file to become a designated Main Street Iowa program.

CANCELLATION/REFUND POLICY
Entry fees are non-refundable and entries are non-transferable. NO EXCEPTIONS! You may not give or sell your number to Anyone nor transfer your 2010 entry fee to future races.
